A Radar Level Transmitter is a type of continuous level measurement probe that utilizes high-frequency pulses to detect the level of a fluid, slurry, or solid. Time domain reflectometry is the most common type of radar level transmitter.
TDR technology is not affected by pressure, temperature, viscosity, dust, or coating of the probe. TDR can measure virtually any product with a dielectric greater than 1.3. It can be mounted in small tanks or very large tanks.
