Capacitance Transmitters
A Capacitance Level Transmitter is a type of level sensor that measures the change in capacitance that occurs as the tank level changes. The capacitance of the level transmitter is measured with the dielectric constant of the medium, the distance between the capacitors, and the area of the sensor.
Capacitance level transmitters are suitable for most industrial level applications and the most common form of output is a 4-20mA current output.
