  • Kit includes SS or Brass Adaptor Nut and Copper Tapered Sleeve Insert.
  • Adaptor Nut allows use of standard 1/2 NPT spring loaded
  • sensors with thermowells having 1.25-18 UNEF instrument connections.
  • Tapered Copper Sleeve Insert with .252 inch diameter bore allows use of
  • standard 1/4" diameter probes.
  • Sleeve tip is closed ensuring spring loaded sensor will keep the sleeve
  • in contact with bottom of thermowell bore.
  • Sleeve is tapered for better fit and heat transfer in tapered bore
  • thermowells.
  • Diameters and length can be customized to adapt to any
  • thermowell bore profile.
  • If heat transfer compound is used on probe and/or inside thermowell,
  • a standard breather hole near bottom of sleeve allows surplus
  • compound to exit sleeve and enter the thermowell bore, or from
  • thermowell bore enter into the sleeve.
  • An internal A 5/16-18 UNC thread on top of sleeve can be used for
  • sleeve extraction
