The R46 all Teflon RTD temperature sensors are virtually inert to all chemicals. The stainless steel core probe is PFA clad and the tip heat-welded closed. The PTFE adaptor seals the probe with an Oring and it is encapsulated with riggid potting material. Standard ouput is Pt100 ohm RTD but many other types are available. Based on Intempco’s technology, the R46’s offer the highest performance for the most demanding temperature measurement applications.
